Our Mission Our mission is to answer the following question for our exploration and development clients: "What seismic pattern best separates good wells from bad wells, in a zone of interest for a particular 3D seismic survey?" |
Daniel R. Cook, President and CEO, graduated in 1993 with a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley. In 1994 he completed his postdoctoral work in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of California at San Diego. In 1995 Dr. Cook founded Thoughtform Corporation and hired a team of talented scientists and software engineers to begin developing a new type of brain waveform learning software called Event Resolution Imaging (ERI). In 2002, Dr. Cook began working with ERI and 3D Seismic to explore for Oil and Gas. In 2010, Dr. Cook is working with his Joint Venture Exploration Partners to develop, lease, and drill high producing oil and gas wells.
Don Jarvis is the Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, Mr. Jarvis supervises the day to day work of prospect development, drilling, and joint ventures with our exploration partners. Mr. Jarvis has an extensive background of practical business experience in, Mining Exploration, Construction, Financial Public Relations, Investment Banking, Counseling, and Motion Picture Production. Don Jarvis has worked with geologists in the exploration of minerals throughout the state of Nevada. He has supervised large construction crews on major commercial projects. Mr. Jarvis has facilitated large stock purchases through his financial public relations work. Mr. Jarvis has written, produced, shot, edited, and acted in several motion pictures and TV commercials. Mr. Jarvis has advance training and experience with problem solving techniques and communication strategies. Mr. Jarvis also has a great deal of experience supervising others as they work towards the solution of complex problems. Mr. Jarvis excels in strategic planning and execution. Mr. Jarvis uses his excellent communication skills as operations manager to work closely with our geologists, geophysicists, and exploration partners to develop, lease, and drill high producing oil and gas wells.
Layne Beard, Accountant and Controller, earned his bachelors degree in Accounting from Weber State University. Having worked in the finance and accounting industries for over twelve years, he has been part of several Fortune 500 companies in various management roles. Layne excels at financial forecasting, project managing, streamlining accounting processes, and optimizing financial returns. He is continuously seeks to improve the quality of our drilling prospects, and the speed at which we lease acreage and drill wells.
Louis H. DuBois After serving in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War, Mr. DuBois graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology with a Petroleum Option. Mr. DuBois was Seismic Party Chief for Chevron Oil Company and a Regional Exploration Manager for Mobil Corporation. He has served on the Board of Directors for Enserch Exploration, Inc. and Lynx Energy Corporation. He retired as Chairman of the Board of Lynx Exploration Company in 1997. He has been an independent exploration consultant for the past twelve years. As Senior Vice President of U. S. Exploration for Enserch Exploration, Inc. he established a standard for low cost of finding for new oil and gas reserves over an eight year period. During his international experience, Mr. DuBois supervised oil discoveries on Block P/15, Offshore Netherlands in the North Sea. The field produced oil from a large Cretaceous anticline and gas from 6 underlying fault traps. He helped discover oil in the Jerba Block, Offshore Tunisia. Later, he participated in evaluating onshore and offshore Indonesia. This produced a gas and oil field onshore on the eastern part of Java. He has also completed study reports and drill recommendations in the western offshore of Africa, the Gulf of Mexico in deep waters of Texas and Louisiana. He has evaluated the geologic hydrocarbon potential in Eastern Europe for the past eight years.
